About Us

Nathan Arias, the visionary entrepreneur behind IOPPS.CA, an Indigenous Job Board that has become more than just a job search site. IOPPS, which stands for Indigenous Opportunities, was created by Nathan, a proud member of Red Pheasant First Nation in treaty 6 territory.

In 2012, Nathan founded a Facebook group aimed at helping Indigenous people find job opportunities. Over the years, the group grew in popularity, paving the way for the thriving Indigenous Job Board that IOPPS is today. However, IOPPS doesn’t stop there. The platform has expanded to include live streaming of Indigenous events and a unique clothing line with a logo that symbolizes OPPORTUNITY.

IOPPS’s mission is clear: to Empower Indigenous Success through job opportunities, live streaming of events, and their clothing brand. With their slogan, “Empowering Indigenous Success,” Nathan and his team are committed to growing IOPPS every day, inspiring and supporting other Indigenous entrepreneurs to pursue their dreams.

Nathan is a true trailblazer, dedicated to paving the way for Indigenous success and building a brighter future for his community.
