Responsibilities include: Providing exceptional hospitality, emphasizing personalized service and attentive treatment, to ensure guests feel welcome and comfortable. Adhering to responsible service of alcohol guidelines. Providing gaming floor beverage service. Restaurant & Bar duties include: Taking orders and delivering food and drink to the table. Carrying out basic food preparation. Maintaining tables in good order by bussing, sanitizing and resetting as required. Performing a variety of side work. Carrying out a variety of cleaning duties throughout the shift to maintain a clean and safe work environment. Catering & Event duties include: Assisting with event set up.
