Main Duties:
Reporting to the Guest Services Manager or the Marketing/Guest Services Manager and under the supervision of the Department Supervisor, this position ensures that convenient services are provided to Casino guests by supervising Guest Services department staff and activities. Responsibilities include: Monitoring Guest Services operations and communicating policies, procedures and standards to staff. Directly providing exceptional customer service to guests, responding to general inquiries, providing information on Casino and area events and services. Modeling the highest standard of guest relations and professionalism. Assisting department management with staffing and performance activities. Creating, distributing and revising staff schedules to meet operational needs and control costs. Carrying out a wide variety of administrative tasks relating to auditing, HR, and finance compliance. Coordinating shuttle vehicle bookings and maintenance. Participating in other projects and activities as required, in support of Guest Services initiatives.

Conditions of Employment
The minimum age to work in a casino or any area where gaming can be seen is 19 years of age.
You may be required to work in an environment where you will be exposed to the use of tobacco smoke and high noise levels.
As a condition of employment, you will be required to work shift work. This may include days, evenings, graveyard, weekends and statutory holidays.  SIGA’s goal is to treat all staff fairly and equitably; therefore, the distribution of the shifts will be fair to all staff.
