Process and technology experience needed
Lead the development of processes and define the Loan Administration Centre’s requirements for technology so that the Centre delivers outstanding centralized national loan administration and loan document management services.

What you’ll do: 

  • Support FCC lending activities while mitigating risk 

  • Enhance operational risk management through the development and delivery of processes and tools  

  • Mentor the national team, focusing resources on defining and implementing processes and technology in the centre 

  • Collaborate with other business units to build relationships that reinforce the LAC as a partner  

  • Manage performance objectivesand continuously enhance processes and technology

What you’ll need: 

  • A degree in business administration and at least six years of related experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience) 

  • Extensive experience building processes and defining technical solutions in a service environment
