Main Duties:
Reporting to the Department Manager and under the This position focuses on delivering customer service excellence, and convenient Food & Beverage services, by preparing beverages for Casino guests in an efficient, professional, and courteous manner. Responsibilities include: Providing exceptional hospitality, emphasizing personalized service and attentive treatment, to ensure guests feel welcome and comfortable. Receiving drink orders. Preparing mixed drinks, bottled/draught beer, wine, and other beverages. Maintaining bar inventory and liquor storage. Cleaning and maintaining bar glassware, surfaces, tools, and equipment. Serving food/snacks to customers. Accepting payment from patrons. Adhering to responsible service of alcohol guidelines. Handling other related tasks as required, to provide service to bar patrons.
Conditions of Employment
The minimum age to work in a casino or any area where gaming can be seen is 19 years of age.
You may be required to work in an environment where you will be exposed to the use of tobacco smoke and high noise levels.
As a condition of employment, you will be required to work shift work. This may include days, evenings, graveyard, weekends and statutory holidays.  SIGA’s goal is to treat all staff fairly and equitably; therefore, the distribution of the shifts will be fair to all staff.
