When you join our People & Culture division as the Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you will be apart of a 3-person coordination team reporting to the Senior Manager. Together with your team, you will support Talent and Sr. Talent Acquisition Specialists by providing exceptional service and seamless coordination with their acquisition requests. You will be responsible for supporting both regular and campus recruitment by assisting with scheduling interviews, case studies, greeting/screening candidates, and providing timely updates back to the rest of the team.
Due to Covid-19, this is temporarily a remote role, but candidates should live within driving distance of Toronto for when in office work returns.
