As the Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion Coordinator, you'll collaborate with the DEI Director, Talent Acquisition, and other ERG leads to provide support with the planning and coordination of all DEI related events, prospecting candidates, and supporting the recruitment of students each for our internship opportunities. You'll source speakers, find food caterers, book rooms, confirm venues and/or virtual platforms, act as an ambassador for Ontario Teachers', and participate in both internal and external events. The Coordinator builds and manages DEI event calendars and support internal communications and social media posts associated with the events, and support campus recruitment each cycle by conducting intakes with hiring managers, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and extending/preparing offers.
