Client Service Representative, Full-Time Permanent

The Opportunity

TIPI-IMI Insurance Partners is seeking a detail-oriented, patient and personable individual to join our office in Saskatoon. The Client Service Representative works within the Pension and Benefits Team to provide Group Benefits and Pension expertise, train client plan administrators and assist in the claims process.

Industry experience is not required as we are willing to train the right person for the role. The successful candidate will be confident and energetic. You will be a motivated helper who seeks growth through learning and shared experiences and is someone who finds value in building positive relationships with others.

JOB DUTIES AND TASKS

Plan Administrator and Plan Member Support

• Received questions regarding member plans via phone and email
• Assist clients with forms, submissions and follow ups
• Act as a liaison between clients and insurance providers, advocating and communicating on behalf of clients
• Assisting clients on completing forms/documents to insurance company's specifications

Plan Administrator Training

• Provide training on benefits plans and electronic systems
• Guide plan administrators on their policy's application and coverages

Your Skills

• Highly effective listening skills, to solve problems and enquiries
• Concise, clear and empathetic communication skills
• A natural relationship builder
• Knowledgeable of Indigenous culture and communities

Your Ideal Qualifications

You are a team player, client-focused and willing to try new things.

You have experience working with the public.

1-3 years in benefit and/or pension administration is considered an asset.
