St. Frances Cree Bilingual School has emerged as a significant location for Cree culture and language revitalization in Canada, serving over 650 students from pre-kindergarten to grade 9. Greater Saskatoon Catholic Schools is pleased to share that planning for the construction of a new school facility for St. Frances Cree Bilingual School is underway. This state-of-the-art facility will house the largest Indigenous language program in Canada. The success of St. Frances Cree Bilingual School is a result of the strong complement of teachers and support staff. As the school continues to grow, Greater Saskatoon Catholic Schools invites applications for the position of Cree Bilingual Classroom Teacher, with duties to commence in the fall of 2022. Placement for successful candidates available in early learning, middle years, and high-school level programs.

  • Cree language competency and a desire to support students in their language development
