Main Duties
Reporting to the Manager of Total Rewards, this position focuses on the retention of talented teams in support of organizational excellence, by promoting and training on SIGA’s benefit offerings and providing coordination and expertise related to supporting services.
Responsibilities include: Providing expertise, coordination and direction to staff at all levels, relating to SIGA’s health benefits and supporting services, as well as retirement programs and other total reward programs. Coordinate all supporting services with employees, managers, and external providers and agencies. Monitoring to ensure compliance with internal policies and practices, and meet contractual requirements. Develop and maintain tracking and record-keeping systems to ensure the consistent and timely flow and delivery of support programs with internal and external parties. Participating in other projects and activities as required to ensure SIGA employees have appropriate timely access to benefits and support services.
Conditions of Employment
Successful candidates are subject to a background check as well are required to obtain and maintain a gaming employee Certificate of Registration from the Saskatchewan Liquor and Gaming Authority (SLGA)/Indigenous Gaming Regulators (IGR).
The minimum age to work in a casino or any area where gaming can be seen is 19 years of age.
Must possess valid Saskatchewan Driver’s License and acceptable driving record.
Tobacco smoke/High noise levels (during time spent at Casino sites).

Compliance with all regulatory requirements as may be applicable to your position including but not limited to both SLGA requirements and the Anti-Money Laundering requirements set out in the Proceeds of Crime (Money Laundering) and Terrorist Financing Act and regulations and policies made thereunder by Canada and FINTRAC.
