Customer Service (Front-of-House)
Positions: GSR, Slot Attendant, Bartender, ServerResponsibilities include: Providing exceptional hospitality and friendly customer service to ensure guests feel welcome and comfortable. Strictly following internal controls, applicable policies, and procedures (may be related to responsible alcohol service, cash handling, gaming integrity, etc.). Providing fast and efficient service with strict attention to accurate and thorough record-keeping. Responding to and handling guest inquiries, and referring them to appropriate personnel as required. Tracking inquiries and activities to guide improvements and adjustments to processes and services. Maintaining a tidy and well-organized workspace. Working as a member of the team to respond quickly and efficiently to changes and priorities. Participating in other projects and activities as required to ensure the casino’s guests have an exceptional entertainment experience.
Customer Service (Back-of-House)
Positions: Dishwasher, Prep Cook, Custodian, F&B PorterResponsibilities include: Performing general housekeeping duties to maintain a safe and clean work area. Strictly following internal controls, applicable policies, and procedures (may be related to custodial duties, safe food preparation, handling of soiled glassware and flatware, etc.). Maintaining a clean and orderly inventory of supplies. Providing friendly customer service in the course of carrying out duties. Working as a member of the team to respond quickly and efficiently to changes and priorities. Participating in other projects and activities as required to provide a clean and safe casino environment.
Conditions of Employment
Successful candidates are subject to a background check as well are required to obtain and maintain a gaming employee Certificate of Registration from the Saskatchewan Liquor and Gaming Authority (SLGA)/Indigenous Gaming Regulators (IGR).
The minimum age to work in a casino or any area where gaming can be seen is 19 years of age.
Tobacco smoke/High noise levels.
