This position promotes organizational excellence by supporting and leading SIGA’s initiatives relating to Total Rewards.
Responsibilities include: Providing ongoing support to SIGA's Total Rewards programs and initiatives. Enhancement of SIGA's total rewards software applications and reporting capabilities. Providing recommendations to the Manager of Total Rewards to improve or enhance reporting, metrics, and communications. Assisting HR Business Partners, Benefits and Compensation in handling their day-to-day activities. Participate in other activities and projects as required, in support of HR priorities.
