Main Duties:
Reporting to the Sr. Vice President, Finance & Administration, this position focuses on organizational excellence, by efficiently managing Central Office’s reception and shared administrative services. The position also mitigates risk by maintaining Central Office facilities and equipment, including office space, vehicle fleet, storage sites, and office furniture.
Responsibilities include: Developing and implementing consistent front desk policies and procedures. Overseeing procurement of shared supplies and services. Overseeing courier, mail and delivery services to and from Central Office. Maintaining and updating the general filing system. Administering the Central Office phone system. Managing “floater” cell phone inventory at all seven SIGA sites. Coordinating and overseeing CO office space allocation, set up, and maintenance. Maintaining the workplace health and safety of CO staff, through involvement in OH&S Committee activities, and Emergency Preparedness planning. Effectively managing Central Office Administration staff. Managing SIGA and Central Office vehicle fleets. Managing the procurement, installation, maintenance and disposition of Central Office furnishings and equipment. Maintaining building security and access systems. Managing the Administration Department budget. Serving as a resource to Casino staff regarding management of all of the above. Participating in other projects and activities as required, to ensure the smooth operation of the Central Administration Office.
