Main Duties:
Reporting to the Manager of HR Systems, this position promotes organizational excellence through the management and development of HR processes and systems, and effective HR process re-engineering, quality assurance, and system integration.
Responsibilities include: Assisting with the development, modification, implementation, and maintenance of HR system features, functions, modules, reports, and system integration/data sharing. Leading the implementation and upgrade of new or existing systems to simplify HR processes and records management. Carrying out data integrity testing of HR system and HR personnel documentation, including audit of all personnel actions, and following up regarding corrections. Providing tools and training to improve processes and data quality. Maintaining, administering and developing the automated performance management process. Consulting with all HR functional areas to ensure system considerations are planned for, documented, and implemented. Documenting and analyzing system or compliance issues. Participating in other projects and activities as required, to ensure efficient support of HR Systems and processes.
Conditions of Employment:
Successful candidates are subject to a background check as well are required to obtain and maintain a gaming employee Certificate of Registration from the Saskatchewan Liquor and Gaming Authority (SLGA)/Indigenous Gaming Regulators (IGR).
The minimum age to work in a casino or any area where gaming can be seen is 19 years of age.
