This position promotes the growth and development of First Nations employment by providing Casino employees with services and referrals that support their engagement and productivity at work.
Responsibilities include: Supporting employees by navigating community resources. Developing, implementing and evaluating SIGA’s Wellbeing Program and policies. Developing communications and training to all employees on health and wellness initiatives. Preparing regular reports on program activities, usage, and issues. Assisting with coordination of disability management and return to work activities as requested. Working with the Manager of Total Rewards and the Safety Management Consultant to ensure consistent delivery of SIGA’s health and wellness initiatives. Conducting oneself with the highest integrity and professionalism at all times, to ensure employees receive confidential, non-judgmental, and appropriate support. Participating in other projects and activities as required, in support of employee health and wellness.
