Reporting to the Director of Human Resources, this position assists in ERP system implementation, HR Business Partners, HR Systems, Health, Safety & Wellbeing, Learning and Development, Total Rewards, and Talent Acquisition department initiatives.
Responsibilities include: This positions main responsibilities are assisting in building, monitoring, maintaining and supporting processes in SIGA’s human resources department. This position is responsible for learning SIGA’s Human Resources policies and procedures. This position has a focus on following provincial and federal employment law and using legislation to ensure quality and compliance within SIGA human resources. There is a focus on review and monitoring of SIGA Human Resources best practices and researching improvement strategies when required. In turn, this position participates in the quality assurance of HR metrics and reporting. This position supports the development of, and assisting in, the implementation of HR initiatives at SIGA and its casinos. Performs other duties as assigned.
