The Client Relations Manager partners with the VP, Professional Services to expand and maintain our presence across Saskatchewan. This role is both strategic and client-facing: you will actively identify business opportunities, cultivate new client relationships, and develop tailored HR solutions. From sourcing leads to crafting contracts and planning service delivery, you’ll be involved at every stage of the client journey.
With a strong focus on relationship-building and business growth, this role is perfect for someone who thrives in a collaborative, entrepreneurial environment and enjoys customizing services for a variety of clients, including small to mid-sized businesses and First Nation communities. The successful candidate will bring a mix of strategic HR expertise, operational savvy, and business development experience, helping clients build strong, sustainable HR foundations while also contributing to the growth of our practice.
