The Director is responsible for the successful leadership and management of Native Justice according to the strategic plans implemented for the Community. The Director is responsible for the fiscal well-being of the Programs. The Director participates in activities that promotes the stature of the department and abides by all policies and procedures outlined in the Onion Lake Personnel Policies and Procedures.
Duties and Responsibilities :
- Operational planning and management
- Identify, assess and inform of internal and external issues that affect Native Justice
- Conduct official correspondence in accordance to Chief and Council Direction and input
- Ensure requirements and deadlines are available to all partners, OLCN, Corrections and Public Safety, Justice Canada and Saskatchewan Justice
- Develop and draft BCR’s
